The president of the regional Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Račić, visited the Municipality of Jezero.

In accordance to the initiative of the mayor of Jezero Municipality, Snežana Ružičić,  on the February 03, 2021 the president of the regional Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Račić, visited the Municipality of Jezero. The topic of the visit was to get familiar with the economic problems of the Municipality of Jezero, in order to initiate mutual cooperation, with the purpose for the development of greater opportunities for better economic development of the Jezero Municipality.

It is agreed to consider and initiate preparatory activities for the establishment of BFC certification, for Jezero Municipality,for the purpose of attracting international investors. The problems of the company "Angrocentar" d.o.o. were also pointed out, also the consideration of the possibility for the release of the captured business zone by the company "Dušanić", for more than twenty years and the entire local community is suffering because of.

The Major also informed the Head of the Regional Chamber of Commerce about the fact that there are several economic entities operating in the municipality, with an emphasis on the business of the fishpond "Janj", considering the possibility of creating conditions for final fish processing, which would create conditions for employment of a certain number of workers and to accumulate higher economic profits. The proposal by the Mayor was to take a systematic approach to solving these problems, with the aim to achieve positive economic trends in the rural areas, such as the Jezero Municipality.
