The Council of Europe Program “Leadership Academy”

The Mayor of Jezero, Snežana Ružičić, attended the Leadership Academy in Sarajevo on March 14 and 15, 2018. The Association of Municipalities and Towns of the Republika Srpska and the Federation of Municipalities and Cities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the Council of Europe, implemented a Capacity Building Program, “Leadership Academy”.

The Leadership Academy is a program that was intended for the mayors and elected representatives in local government bodies. The program provided knowledge about the necessary skills for establishing good and quality authority in the local community management bodies. Among other things, it also provided the opportunity for mayors of state and local self-government representatives to get to know each other better, exchange ideas and experiences, and seek joint steps to improve the work of their municipalities and cities.
