Children from Jezero traveled to an organized holiday

On July 27, 2018, nine children form Jezero municipality traveled to the organized holiday in Bečići, Montenegro. The Government of the Republika Srpska evert year organize the program “Socialization of children in the Republika Srpska” through the Public Fund for Child Protection and from municipalities through the program Social protection of children.

This year, the program includes nine children, from Jezero municipality, up to 15-year-old who will spend ten days in Bečići. They will have the opportunity to make friends with their peers from all over the Republika Srpska and as well as the opportunity to learn or improve their art of swimming with the teachers of swimming. Our young people have just become our little ambassadors who will use the chance in different parts of program to inform other children with Jezero municipality and its natural beauties, tradition and culture.

Programs that encompass children and young people, which enable them to educate, travel and meet the world, are of great importance for the entire population, especially those from rural areas.
